No returns and Refunds on SALE items. All sales are considered final and cannot be exchanged or refunded during our Curly Tops Massive Sales. Curly Tops is committed to producing and supplying quality products for your baby. In the rare instance that a faulty item slips through our Quality control system you may exchange it under the following conditions:
Please send us an email at: info@curlytops.com.au and let us know your name, invoice number , and the reason you wish to return your garment within 14 days of purchase. Once you have received your Return authorisation number from Curly Tops by return email, please arrange to send your faulty goods to the following address:

Please include a cover message in your returned goods, along with your return authorisation number when sending your goods. Note that we are unable to replace your items or send a refund to you until the faulty goods are received by us.
Exchanges and Refunds:
Should you receive your goods and have a change of mind, or have ordered the incorrect stock we will happily exchange your goods under the following conditions: Customers are resonsible for the costs of returning all packages to us. As postage and delivery is a cost to us we regret that they cannot be refunded. Please include a cheque for $10.50 to cover the cost of re-sending out your goods should you require an exchange. Items are not returnable after 20 days from purchase date. Any requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days after receiving your item/s. Any discounted goods are final sales and are NOT elegible for exchanges or refunds. All goods must be recieved in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached to be elegible for an exchange. |
Our return policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. It is suggested that you insure your return package as Curly Tops cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in the post. If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued back to your credit card within 24hours of receipt of goods provided the R.A.N. (Return Authorisation Number) is clearly marked on the package
We charge a minimum shipping charge when replacing goods (unless faulty, please read below).
Exceptions to Returnable Products: Products offered on Sale are not returnable unless faulty. This type of sale is considered final.
Faulty Products
Curly Tops prides itself on quality control and checks all products to the best of its ability before sending them out. In the rare instance that a product is faulty, Curly Tops will replace it with no charge for any extra postage and handling provided it is posted within Australia. Unfortunately the postage costs for items posted from countries outside of Australia can not be refunded however we will consider each case individually. Please call/e-mail for your Return Authorisation Number before returning any goods.
Packages Damaged in Transit
Curly Tops takes great care when packaging your order and rarely have our packages been damaged in transit. In the unfortunate case that your order does get damaged please note the following: -
Deliveries within Australia: The risk of loss/damage passes to you upon our delivery to Australia Post however we do consider any damage to goods on a case-by-case basis.
International deliveries: the risk of loss/damage passes to you upon our delivery to Australia Post. Unfortunately the longer the distance the package travels the more likely it is to be lost/damaged and therefore we recommend you consider our international insurance option at the checkout. |
