Domestic deliveries within Australia:
We ship our goods via Australia Post e-parcel which is a fully integrated postage system that allows us to track your orders. Goods usually take approximately 5 working days once dispatched delivered to your door.
All orders will need to be signed for, so in the event that you are not home, your friendly postman will leave a calling card for you to pick up your goods at the closest post office.
Postage Rates within Australia are a flat rate of A$10.00. |

Note: Larger items are measured on the cubic weight and may incur an extra fee. If an extra fee is payable we will contact you to confirm payment before your order is despatched. You will then have the option of changing or cancelling your order.
Your shipping costs are shown at the check out. You can proceed through the checkout to confirm postage costs without placing your order. The very last order process is to confirm or decline placement of your order.
Curly Tops dispatch orders received before 8.00AM EST the same (business) day, orders recieved within the 24 hour period after this, or on non-business days, are shipped within 48 hours of receipt, providing all items are in stock.
If there are any delays due to stocking reasons Curly Tops will notify you and you have the option of changing or cancelling your order.
Please allow 5 working days days for Australia Post Receipted Post deliveries.
If you have an urgent delivery please telephone our office on 03 98163342 as we may be able to expedite your order by courier or express post at an additional cost.

International Orders
Postage Costs
We ship international orders via Australia Post and send all our deliveries via Airmail. Most good will take up to 15 business days for delivery.
New Zealand
Standard Australia Post International rates are used starting at AU$5.00 for 250g and AU$3.00 per 250g thereafter to 2kg, then AU$3.00 per 500g thereafter.
Hong Kong, Japan & Singapore
Standard Australia Post International rates are used starting at AU$6.00 for 250g and AU$4.00 per 250g thereafter to 2kg, then AU$4.00 per 500g thereafter.
North America
Standard Australia Post International rates are used starting at AU$7.00 for 250g and AU$5.00 per 250g thereafter to 2kg, then AU$6.00 per 500g thereafter.
United Kingdom and Europe
Standard Australia Post International rates are used starting at AU$8.00 for 250g and AU$6.00 per 250g thereafter to 2kg, then AU$8.00 per 500g thereafter.
Everywhere Else
We will e-mail you with the cost of shipping for approval. Please feel free to e-mail or call to inquire.
Insurance for International Orders
You may choose to insure your goods for an extra AU$10.00. This covers goods to the value of AU$200 including postage. Curly Tops will notify you if an additional payment for insurance is required. This amount is usually AU$2.00 per extra AU$100.00 over the AU$200.00 amount.
Please note that if you do not insure your goods the risk of loss/damage passes to you upon our delivery to Australia Post |
